Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Cruze Powersports. If something is wrong with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for items that are:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Defective or damaged upon arrival (photo evidence required)
- Incorrectly shipped (wrong item sent)
- Significantly not as described
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Installed or used parts
- Electrical components that have been connected
- Custom-sourced items ordered specifically for you
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items with visible damage caused after delivery
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+961 81 611 524) or Instagram (@cruzepowersports).
2. Provide your order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. For damaged/defective items, include clear photos.
3. We will review your request within 48 hours and provide return instructions if approved.
4. Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
